The foundation of Definite Investments was laid in 1998 with the acquisition of a California real estate license, marking the start of a long-standing commitment to the real estate industry. In 2005, Bear Construction was established, focusing on residential building and remodeling. As the company grew and expanded into larger-scale commercial projects, it evolved into I Park, reflecting a broader vision in development and construction. Eventually, the company rebranded as Definite Investments, unifying real estate, construction, and development under one name. Today, with decades of experience and a proven track record, Definite Investments continues to build with purpose.
